Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During seasonal promotions or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Methods

Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information, allowing you to monitor your package every step of the way.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship throughout the United States.
Delivery estimates generally range between 2–7 business days, depending on your location.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available for select destinations.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their local authorities.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to deliver orders on time, MapleSap cannot guarantee delivery dates once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Delays caused by severe weather, customs processing, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur.
Returns Policy
Because MapleSap products are food and beverage items, we generally cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or consumed.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we're here to help.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging
Our customer support team will review your request and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
Refunds
If your refund request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If an item is eligible for replacement due to damage or an error on our part, we will provide a replacement product whenever possible.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes or cancel it.
