Sustainability Isn't a Feature
It's the Whole Idea.
SameDaySap™ is pure maple sap, tapped fresh from our Hudson Valley forests and bottled the same day with nothing added. Naturally rich in minerals and electrolytes, it's one of nature's oldest drinks, and one of its cleanest.
One Gallon, Not One Forty-Second
It takes about 42 gallons of sap to boil down into a single gallon of maple syrup. We don't boil. We bottle the sap itself, which means we use a fraction of the energy syrup requires and waste almost none of what the tree gives. It's a simpler process, and a lighter one.

How We Tend the Land

Grown Organically
No synthetic pesticides, no chemicals. Our Hudson Valley farm has kept organic practices for years, with a multi-year no-pesticide history and non-GMO sourcing. What grows here, grows clean.

Solar-Supplemented
A 64-panel solar array on our farm offsets part of the energy behind every bottle, reducing what we draw from the grid

A Lighter Footprint
We're New York State Grown & Certified, and we partner with the USDA's Natural Resources Conservation Service across five seasons to protect the health of our maple forest

A Resource That Renews Itself
Maple trees give sap every spring and keep growing for centuries. Tapped responsibly, a single tree can be a source for generations — which makes maple sap one of the few beverages that regenerates on its own, year after year.
Our oldest maples have stood for centuries, and we intend to keep them standing. Every tap we make is sized so the tree keeps more than it gives — because there's no SameDaySap™ without the trees that make it.
Sustainability Includes People
We source close to home, partnering with neighboring Hudson Valley farms within a short radius. Keeping production local shrinks our footprint and keeps the value of the harvest in the community that grows it.
We're building a cooperative model where partner farms appear on our bottle labels — each with their own QR code so you can trace your sap back to the farm that grew it.
